Grappa Le Pianore
The grappa is obtained from the distillation of our Chianti grape residue (skins) left over after the wine-making and pressing, given to the Distilleria Deta of Barberino Val d’Elsa.
Our distillate has 43% alcohol by volume and its taste is dry and smooth at the same time.
