Vinsanto Le Pianore
It is the typical dessert wine of the tuscan country tradition, usually added with “cantucci”.
The very busy production requires a lot of experience and accuracy.
At the end of September the best white grapes “trebbiano” and “malvasia” are hand-picked and let spreading on reed mats for some months. Then we proceed with the wine-making in small oak barrels and with the ageing process at least for three years.
Our vinsanto has a sweet and harmonious character not loosing the dry and clean mark, which characterizes our land. It has 18% alcohol by volume.
